Three Formats. One Consistent Approach.
Whether your team reviews regulatory matters quarterly, monthly, or needs a custom baseline document, Drevix produces structured written briefings to fit your planning cycle.
Back to HomeHow Our Briefings Are Produced
Every Drevix subscription format follows the same core production methodology, adapted to the cadence and scope of that format. The process begins with monitoring official regulatory channels — gazette notices, regulatory body announcements, consultation papers, and sector-specific guidance notes published by Malaysian authorities.
Our research team identifies developments relevant to the mid-sized business context and organises them by regulatory category. A first draft is produced, reviewed for factual accuracy against the source documents, then edited for readability and structural consistency. The final document is dispatched to subscribers according to the delivery schedule.
All briefings are explicitly framed as informational reading material. Readers are encouraged to use the content to inform their conversations with qualified advisors, not to act on it directly.
Source Monitoring
Continuous review of official regulatory channels — Gazette, SSM, BNM, MDEC, KPKT, and other relevant Malaysian bodies.
Relevance Screening
Developments are assessed for relevance to the mid-sized business context. Items with minimal applicability are excluded.
Two-Stage Review
Draft reviewed first for factual accuracy, then independently for editorial clarity and structural consistency.
Delivery to Subscribers

Quarterly Regulatory Updates Briefing
A subscription delivering a written briefing of approximately 25 to 35 pages every quarter. Each document covers recent and upcoming regulatory changes relevant to mid-sized Malaysian businesses. Includes a structured executive summary, organised topical sections, and a glossary appendix. Delivered as a PDF to the subscriber's registered email address. A six-month rolling archive is accessible to all active subscribers.
Provided as informational reading — readers are encouraged to consult their qualified advisors before acting on any content.

Custom Regulatory Awareness Briefing Engagement
An eight-week consulting engagement that delivers a custom briefing tailored to a specific organisation's industry context. The process begins with scoping interviews to identify priority regulatory areas. Our team then conducts structured research and produces a written briefing of approximately 40 to 60 pages. The engagement concludes with a closing presentation delivered to your team.
The briefing is intended as informational input for the client's internal planning conversations and discussions with qualified advisors. Not a substitute for professional advice.
