Why Drevix

What Sets Our Briefings Apart

Editorial Rigour

Each briefing is drafted by researchers familiar with the Malaysian regulatory environment, structured for readability, and reviewed before delivery.

Structured Format

Every issue follows a consistent layout — executive summary, topical sections, glossary — so your team can orient themselves quickly without starting from scratch.

Focused on Malaysia

Coverage focuses on regulatory areas relevant to mid-sized Malaysian businesses, rather than attempting to cover all jurisdictions at once.

Archive Access

Subscribers retain access to past issues, allowing teams to trace how a regulatory area has developed and cross-reference earlier material.

Plain Language

Material is written to be read by operational teams, not only by specialists. Technical terms are explained in the glossary appendix of each issue.

Flexible Options

Choose the update cadence that suits your planning cycle — quarterly, monthly, or a single custom engagement built around your sector.

Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

What type of regulatory areas do the briefings cover?

Our briefings cover a range of regulatory areas commonly relevant to mid-sized Malaysian businesses — including employment and labour matters, company secretarial requirements, data and digital commerce frameworks, and financial reporting obligations. The specific scope of each issue is outlined in the accompanying executive summary.

Is the content provided as professional advice?

No. All material produced by Drevix is informational reading — it is intended to help your team understand the landscape before they engage with qualified legal, compliance, or financial advisors. The briefings do not constitute professional advice of any kind, and we recommend readers consult their advisors before acting on any content.

How is each briefing delivered?

Briefings are delivered as PDF documents to the subscriber's registered email address. For the Monthly Tracker subscription, subscribers also receive access to a portal where past issues are archived and searchable. Quarterly briefings include a six-month rolling archive.

What is involved in the Custom Briefing Engagement?

The eight-week engagement begins with scoping interviews to identify which regulatory areas are most pertinent to your organisation. Our team then conducts structured research and produces a written briefing of approximately 40–60 pages. The engagement concludes with a presentation session to walk your team through the findings. The briefing is intended as informational input for your internal discussions, not as direct advice.

Can we subscribe to multiple formats simultaneously?

Yes. Some organisations find it useful to pair the Monthly Tracker with a Custom Briefing Engagement at the start of a subscription period, using the custom document as a baseline reference. Contact us to discuss what combination might work for your team's information needs.

What pricing and billing arrangements apply?

The Quarterly Briefing is priced at RM 480 per quarter. The Monthly Tracker Subscription is RM 1,150 per month. The Custom Awareness Briefing Engagement is RM 4,300 for the eight-week engagement. All pricing is in Malaysian Ringgit and subject to applicable taxes. Payment and invoicing details are shared upon subscription confirmation.
